The Compass Solutions change management methodology is derived from the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). The goal of our methodology is to minimize the impact of change-related issues on the quality of service, thereby improving the operations of the client's systems. At the on-set of each client engagement we establish a Change Control Board (CCB) of key project stakeholders to ensure the proper management of change throughout the project.
