The Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) provides information technology products and services to Texas governmental and public educational entities through DIR’s Cooperative Contracts Program.
Cooperative Contracts
DIR Cooperative Contracts allow eligible customers to purchase products and services directly from a DIR-contracted vendor. Customers contact the vendor for product and pricing information and submit purchase orders referencing the DIR contract number directly to the vendor.
Upon Customer request, Successful Respondent must provide a completed, current, accurate, Policy Driven Adoption for Accessibility (PDAA) Vendor Self-Assessment
All payments are made directly to the vendor, not to DIR. This streamlined process enables efficient and compliant procurement.

Pricing Information
Pricing will be based on current hourly rates, with final pricing determined by role level, engagement duration, labor mix, and overall scope of services in accordance with DIR guidelines and the Product Pricing Index. All staffing engagements are provided in accordance with the applicable DIR contract and approved Statement of Work (SOW)

Compass Solutions will coordinate directly with customers to ensure compliance with all DIR procedural requirements.
Warranty Policies
All service performance obligations, acceptance criteria, remedies, and any applicable warranties are governed exclusively by the DIR contract and the applicable SOW. No additional warranties, express or implied, are provided outside of those documents.
All products and services are provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of DIR Contract DIR-CPO-6057.
